원인
버전이 설치되지 않거나 선택하지 않아서 발생하는 문제
해결방법
1. 최신버전인지 확인
help > Install New Software -> Work with field, enter:
https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse -> Developer Tools /
Android Development Tools
이때 이미 최신 버전이면 update 자체가 안됨.
2. 맞는 버전인지 찾아보기
한칸씩 내리면서 맞는 버전을 찾아본다.
